Refunds, Returns & Repairs


As the maker of flluskë, I pride myself on delivering high quality, beautiful handmade products that you will love. I work hard to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please choose your flluskë colours carefully as I do not issue change-of-mind refunds, due to hygiene reasons.

Flluskë earrings are delicate and must be handled with care.

Flluskë is not responsible for repairing or replacing earrings that have been damaged due to:

~ Natural wear & tear

~ Earrings getting wet after wearing in the shower, pool, bath, ocean etc.

~ Earrings being exposed to body moisturisers, make up, tanning lotions, hairspray, perfume, dry shampoo etc.

~ Damage caused by children or pets.

~ Misplaced earrings. If you have lost one of your flluske earrings, you can order one earring here.

The glue on your flluskë earrings may begin to disintegrate after an extended period of time, which can be easily fixed by reattaching the backing with some super glue.

Flluskë earrings are a handmade product, and will last for many years if stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Like all things, products and accessories begin to show signs of wear and tear after many years of loving, using and wearing them.

I pride myself on providing high-quality products and an enjoyable experience for my customers. Although I package items so they will arrive in perfect condition, unfortunately packages can be handled roughly by the postal system. Be assured I will replace your item with priority.

In the unlikely event of damage at point of arrival, please contact me at hello@flluske.com with a photograph of the damaged packaging and earrings, so I have proof of damage to show the post office. We will go from there!



Once a refund has been approved, check your bank account and if you haven't received your refund within 7 days, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is deposited.
