Refunds & Returns
As the maker of flluskë, I pride myself on delivering high quality, beautiful handmade products that you will love. I work hard to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please choose your flluskë colours carefully as I do not issue change-of-mind refunds. I am more than happy to provide a product exchange or gift voucher 28 days after receiving your order.
In order to issue an exchange the following requirements must be met:
- Earrings must be in the original condition.
- Earrings must not have been worn at all.
- All labels and tags have not been removed and are still attached to the product.
If you wish to exchange your item please email us at email@example.com. Please provide your order number, name and details (phone and postal address) so I can assist you promptly.
Please note you are responsible for all costs (including shipping) associated with sending the item/s you wish to exchange back to the flluskë studio. flluskë will pay for shipping for the replacement item.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If this happens to be you, I’m so sorry and am just as disappointed as you are!
I pride myself on providing high-quality products and an enjoyable experience for my customers. Unfortunately packages can be handled roughly by the postal system and as much as I try to package items so they arrive in perfect condition, accidents can happen. Be assured I will replace your item with priority.
In the unlikely event of damage at point of arrival, please mail your flluskë earrings back to me at the address below, including your name, order number and contact details (phone, email, postal address) inside the parcel so I know it is yours.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note, you will bear shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
